Im disappointed in the sizing system you switched to. The numbers are very confusing. Orders we received seem to be very large fitting, and had several complaints from our team members.

Dear customer, we're sorry to hear our sizing system did not work out for you. For this exact reason we offer a samples program for you to try on our products before ordering. Experience has shown that most customers are able to order the correct size from the size chart. We have reached out to the customer to resolve this issue.

The service from Owayo was first class and I would recommend to others but the delivery service from FedEx was definitely not up to the the same standard.

Liked no minimum- was a 50th birthday present for sister.liked wanted to pay extra for a designer and she convinced me I could do logo on my own and am happy. Excellent response email and phone

potentially add a recommendation to apply tracking to the sample return package. Mine was lost with some confusion on missing samples. Could be more stress free and seamless with tracking.
