AT OWAYO YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST CONCERN
Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality, mistakes can happen, or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund, less postage costs, no questions asked. This does not apply for custom orders.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Each and every custom item produced by owayo is created just for you. As a result, every item is unique and custom made. We are not able to accept the return of custom made items as these items only have value to the person or entity ordering them and are otherwise unsaleable. Therefore, please take care when signing off on your colour concept and production specifications.
• If we make a mistake with your order (wrong colour, wrong size, etc.), contact us and we will send you a replacement for all affected products or make a full or partial refund
• If you make a mistake with your order, contact us and we will discuss options which are reasonable and beneficial for all involved
owayo is committed to customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling or grammatical errors made and submitted by the customer
• Uploaded images that are low resolution or of inferior quality
• Any design errors created by the customer in the design and ordering process
• Errors in user selected options such as the product styles and sizes
We ask that all customers carefully examine their designs during and before final order confirmation. This includes all texts, images and user options like product type and sizes. Specialty garments cannot be replaced for sizing errors. Please be sure sizing is double checked against our sizing charts before making a purchase.
Should there be any issues with your custom order, we ask that you contact us by email in order to efficiently coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include details of your order including your order number, contact details and a detailed explanation (with photos if available). Our staff will generally be in touch within 24-48 hours after reviewing the matter.
All retail/stock items returned for exchange or credit must be returned in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn. This does not mean that you cannot try the item on for sizing purposes, rather that it cannot be worn for activity or an extended period of time. A copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item.
IF RETURNING A STOCK ITEM
• You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 14 days of the date of delivery.
• In the case of items being exchanged, we will resend the new item free of additional carriage charges.
