Dear Sonia, thank you for your message and your feedback on our running shirt. We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shirt. However, we believe that there may be a misunderstanding here. You ordered the RL5 Pro Cool model. In the product description on our website, we expressly point out that this shirt is particularly suitable for warm days thanks to its cooling effect. The fabric is therefore deliberately very thin and not designed for cool or winter temperatures. If you were actually looking for a shirt for colder days, we would be happy to recommend one of our winter running shirts. This is a different product that has been specially developed for low temperatures. We hope that you will be able to make good use of your current shirt in warmer weather from spring onwards.
