Measure carefully!

It’s best to take measurements in your underwear in front of a full length mirror. For jerseys and jackets measure your chest circumference (A) and for shorts measure around your hips and buttocks (B).

Chest Circumference (A)

Wrap the tape measure around the widest part of your chest. Make sure that the tape measure is straight, parallel with the floor and not pulled too tightly.

Hip and Buttocks Measurement (B)

Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Stand with your feet hip-width distance apart and be sure that the tape measure is straight, parallel with the floor and not pulled too tightly.
