Highly satisfied with order procedure and customer support. Dissatisfied with the quality of the shirt and loose fit around the neck, and cost of the shirt. Delivery was over a month.

The collar size is certainly a matter of preference. The material you chose is very light and thin. However, we also offer a slightly sturdier material that you might prefer. The shirt quality, service and communication was very good. My only issue is your shipping company who didn't deliver until April 27 despite it being despatched on 16th and arrived too late for event
