Dear Lisa, Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right: A delivery time of over a month for two headbands is far too long and certainly does not meet our standard. Normally, the headbands should arrive within about two weeks. In this case, the package was unfortunately lost in the mail. With Warenpost International, delivery times are generally a bit longer, which is why we were only able to react with a delay. We are now re-producing your custom-designed headbands and will ship them to you as soon as possible.
