Hey, unfortunately I don't know where to start. Returning personalized goods is generally excluded, which is understandable, but still annoying when the quality is like this. The print is blurry and in some parts significantly smaller than in the online menu. The good thing about the print: it has some "raised areas", which makes the print look more like 3D and it also feels good. The shirt itself, costing almost 40 euros, is neither a brand shirt nor expensively produced. It is very thin and unfortunately doesn't feel particularly comfortable either. I ordered 2 and for 80 euros I'm a bit annoyed.

Good quality materials and great printing. Accurate sizing charts. Outstanding service and attentive communication. Quick turnaround. Flawless order accuracy. No minimums is a great feature. Wish list: I wish the threads around the cycling bib shorts shoulder straps was stronger. I also wish the jackets, wind and rain coats were available in several bigger sizes for large recreational riders in cold climates who wear more layers. Very happy though and will continue to order and recommend!!

Numerous exchanges were necessary following repeated errors by the OWAYO teams. The proof (BÂT) did not match the order. Entire designs had been forgotten!! The colors do not match at all. The sizes do not correspond to what they announce (they run much smaller). We ordered 2 textiles of different qualities: one high-end and one low-end. They are both low-end. Only positive point: the phone exchanges with Thierry who tried to explain and reassure. We are disappointed.
